再生障碍性贫血(再障)为病毒性肝炎晚期的少见并发症。作者报道1例肝炎后发生致死性再障,病毒学研究提示为非甲非乙型肝炎。患者为15岁女孩,因进行性加深的黄疸、深色尿及灰白色粪便、全身不适及厌食2周而入院。患者没有接触过肝毒性制剂及任何已知来源的胃肠道外感染。检查发现患者无慢性肝病的征象。生化检查:天门冬氨酸转氨酶900IU/L,血清胆红素28mg/dl,碱性磷酸酶活性正常。血红蛋白,白细胞及血小板计数正常。2次检测所有甲、乙型肝炎病毒抗原及抗体
Aplastic anemia (aplastic anemia) is a rare complication of advanced viral hepatitis. The authors report a case of fatal aplastic anemia after hepatitis, virological studies suggest non-A non-B hepatitis. The patient was a 15-year-old girl admitted to the hospital for jaundice, dark urine and gray droppings, generalized malaise and anorexia for 2 weeks. Patients have not been exposed to hepatotoxic agents and any known source of parenteral infection. Check found no signs of chronic liver disease in patients. Biochemical tests: aspartate aminotransferase 900IU / L, serum bilirubin 28mg / dl, alkaline phosphatase activity was normal. Hemoglobin, white blood cells and platelet count normal. 2 tests for all A, B hepatitis virus antigens and antibodies
