对于空心轴类零件,在磨床、滚齿机等机床上加工时,由于工件孔径较大,无法使用一般标准顶尖卡固。采用大直径平头高碳工具钢(T10A)顶尖,耐磨性较差,使用寿命短,影响零件加工质量。为此,设计制造了一种硬质合金平头空心顶尖(如图),使用效果较好。(硬质合金由上硬厂生产)这种顶尖,具有耐磨性好,使用寿命长,制造用料省和成本低等特点。我们用于滚齿机卡持工件时,比用T10A材料的大直径平头顶尖使用
