[目的]为了解西宁市某省级幼儿园学龄前儿童的营养摄入情况,为合理编制营养食谱而提供科学依据。[方法]对省级示范幼儿园1周(5d)的膳食采用称重法进行调查登记,统一用集体儿童营养电脑软件进行分析。[结果]5年的调查分析结果,钙、锌、铁、维生素A摄入量不足,热能来源及分布、三餐二点供热比例不合理,每日供给的热量、蛋白质、脂肪及碳水化合物的摄入量均超过每日推荐供给量标准(RDA)。[结论]针对存在问题,根据平衡膳食原则和儿童生理特点,改善食谱,确保儿童健康成长。
[Objective] To understand the nutritional intake of preschool children in a provincial kindergarten in Xining and provide a scientific basis for the rational preparation of nutritional recipes. [Methods] The 1-week (5d) diet of provincial demonstration kindergartens was surveyed and registered by weighing method, and the data were collectively analyzed by collective child nutrition computer software. [Results] The result of 5-year investigation and analysis showed that the intake of calcium, zinc, iron and vitamin A was insufficient, the source and distribution of heat energy, the proportion of heating at three meals and three points were not reasonable, the daily calories, protein, fat and carbohydrate Intake exceeded the recommended daily supply (RDA). [Conclusion] In view of existing problems, according to the principle of balanced diet and physiological characteristics of children, improve the diet to ensure the healthy growth of children.
