针对目前监视控制和数据采集(supervision control and data acquisition,SCADA)系统和广域测量系统(wide-area measurement system,WAMS)量测数据的特点,提出了一种计及相量测量单元(phasor measurement unit,PMU)的量测量变换状态估计。文中利用量测量变换方法,将SCADA和WAMS下的各类量测转化为等效电压量测,经简化处理得到了常实数信息矩阵,实现了节点电压实部、虚部的解耦计China(NSFC)(50177066).算。该算法具有计算速度快的特点,克服了传统量测量变换状态估计只能处理单一支路功率量测的弊端。IEEE30节点系统算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
Aiming at the characteristics of current monitoring control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and wide-area measurement system (WAMS) measurement data, a phasor measurement unit unit, PMU). In this paper, we use the measurement transformation method to convert all kinds of measurements under SCADA and WAMS into equivalent voltage measurements, and obtain the information matrix of real numbers through the simplified processing to realize the decoupling of real and imaginary parts of node voltage. The algorithm has the characteristics of fast calculation speed and overcomes the shortcomings that the state estimation of traditional measurement can only deal with the power measurement of a single branch. The IEEE30 node system example verifies the validity of the proposed method.
