在深入大学生志愿活动、采访调查志愿者与被服务人群后,笔者发现,目前的志愿活动出于全面深化阶段,但社区服务仍存在着诸多问题,如志愿服务供求不平衡,大学生社区服务多为短期服务,志愿服务缺乏培训,服务水平相对较低等,这些问题的存在,制约了大学生志愿服务的又好又快发展,影响了志愿服务的效率。
