水墨绘画是中国传统绘画中最具典范性的绘画样式之一,包含了众多传统美学思想要素。这些美学思想要素在长期历史演进过程中,逐渐渗透到社会文化生活的方方面面,成为具有一定理想高度和精神厚度的审美潜意识与传统水墨绘画而言,是对“朴素之美”的崇尚,对“单纯之美”的眷顾,是极具魅力倾向的视觉文化显现。中国古代先贤对“本真美”的执着追求和对“简约美”的理性把握,建构了一代代尚美人士的审美理想。“白贲”一词出自《周易·贲》,“贲”是《周易》
