目的探索高品质、高效率、低成本的硬式内镜器械自动化清洗消毒保养流程。方法随机抽取符合“纳入标准”的污染硬式内镜器械1 800件,随机分为A、B、C、D1、D2、D3组,每组器械300件,设置和应用不同的清洗消毒保养操作流程,观察比较各组的清洗、消毒、干燥、保养质量和工作效率、运行成本。结果各项综合指标比较,D1组操作流程综合性价比较高。结论按照预洗→酶泡→刷洗→超声加多酶清洗→全自动清洗消毒保养(40℃多酶清洗液清洗8 min→65℃初次漂洗5 min→70℃二次漂洗5 min→90℃热力消毒5 min,并加润滑防锈剂保养→80℃烘干20 min)的流程进行硬式内镜器械的清洗消毒和保养操作,能将全自动清洗消毒保养技术和传统清洗消毒保养技术有机结合,保证清洗质量,提高工作效率。
Objective To explore a high-quality, high-efficiency, low-cost hard endoscope automated cleaning and disinfection of the maintenance process.
