采用在校运动会中设置集体目标的方法,增强大学生的群体凝聚力,培养良好人际环境,从而对大学生的心理施加良好影响。实验结果表明:实验后,两班SCL-90各因子得分有了很大的不同,实验班大学生SCL-90各因子得分均有所降低,与实验前的得分有非常显著性或显著性的差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);对照班大学生SCL-90各因子较实验前得分有所升高,其中部分因子与实验前有非常显著性的差异(P<0.01)。因此,教育工作者一定要重视并积极、有目的的组织学生参加集体活动,以此加强对大学生心理健康的教育。
Adopting the method of setting collective goals in college games to enhance the group cohesion of college students and cultivate a good interpersonal environment so as to exert a good influence on the psychology of college students. The experimental results show that after the experiment, the scores of SCL-90 and SCL-90 in two classes are greatly different. The score of each factor of SCL-90 in experimental class is decreased, and there is a very significant or significant difference between before and after the experiment (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The scores of SCL-90 in control group were higher than those in pre-experiment, some of them had significant difference (P <0.01). Therefore, educators must attach importance to and actively and purposefully organize students to participate in collective activities, so as to strengthen the mental health of college students.
