目的:建立1种皮炎粉中醋酸地塞米松的高效液相色谱法的含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相;检测波长为240 nm;流速为1.0 m L/min;柱温为30℃,采用高效液相色谱法测定皮炎粉中醋酸地塞米松的含量。结果:醋酸地塞米松浓度在12.0~120.0μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率(n=6)为99.65%,RSD为0.49%;测得3批皮炎粉中醋酸地塞米松的含量平均为0.7465 mg/g。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为皮炎粉中相关制剂质量控制的定量方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of dexamethasone acetate in dermatitis powder by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase was Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water (70:30) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 240 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 m L / min, the column temperature was 30 ℃, Determination of dexamethasone acetate in dermatitis powder by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The linear range of dexamethasone acetate was 12.0 ~ 120.0μg / m L (r = 0.999 4), the average recovery was 99.65% (n = 6) and the RSD was 0.49% The average content of dexamethasone acetate in 3 batches of dermatitis powder was 0.7465 mg / g. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quantitative method for quality control of dermatitis powder.
