阜新矿山机械厂,始建于1956年,原名公私合营沈阳国泰矿山机械厂。1960年迁入阜新,改名为地方国营阜新矿山机械厂,企业性质由公私合营转为全民所有制。由于种种原因,该厂建厂38年来,一直发展缓慢,厂房破旧,产品单一,到1990年全厂亏损额累计已近800万元,濒临破产倒闭的边缘。企业内部一片混乱,领导班子不和,工人放假,50多名工程技术人员先后调出40多人,85名干部和工人离开工厂另谋生路。
Fuxin Mine Machinery Factory, founded in 1956, was formerly known as the public-private partnership Shenyang Shenyang Guotai Mining Machinery Factory. In 1960, it was relocated to Fuxin and renamed as the local state-owned Yantai New Mine Machinery Factory. The nature of the company was changed from public-private partnership to ownership by the whole people. Due to various reasons, the plant has been developing slowly for 38 years and has been developing slowly. The plant is dilapidated and the products are single. In 1990, the total loss of the whole plant was nearly RMB 8 million, which was on the verge of bankruptcy. The internal affairs of the company were chaotic. The leadership team was not in harmony. Workers were on holiday. More than 50 engineers and technicians transferred more than 40 people. 85 cadres and workers left the factory to make a living.
