计算机辅助培训(CBT)用于飞行员训练已有比较长的时间了,它是一种行之有效的低成本的训练方法。世界上绝大多数航空公司都采用这种方法培训飞行员,但用CBT培训飞机维修人员是近年才开始的一项尝试。CBT没有广泛用于飞机维护人员培训的主要原因是:第一,飞机维护人员培训历来都是采用岗位培训(OJT)的方法进行机型改装培训,以致形成了对采用新方法的抵制态度;第二,这种守旧思想反映了害怕采用CBT技术而导致失业的心态;第三,绝大多数飞机维护人员仍然认为“师傅知道得最多”。
Computer-aided training (CBT) for pilot training has been a long time, it is an effective low-cost training methods. Most airlines in the world use this method to train their pilots. However, using CBT to train aircraft maintenance personnel has been an attempt in recent years. The main reasons why CBT is not widely used for aircraft maintenance personnel training are as follows: First, training of aircraft maintenance personnel has traditionally adopted the job training (OJT) method to train refitted aircraft, resulting in a boycott of the adoption of new methods. Second, this conservative thinking reflects the mentality of being unemployed because of fear of adopting CBT technology. Third, the vast majority of aircraft maintenance personnel still believe that “the master knows the most.”
