一、城镇的现状特点 鲁西北经济区是山东省内综合经济区划体系中的一个二级经济区,包括德州和聊城两个地区的21个市、县。总面积2.14万平方公里,1985年总人口1033.9万人,其中农业人口946.3万人,非农业人口87.6万人。城镇总数为99个,其中城市3个,县城18个,县属镇78个。城镇驻地总人口114.04万人,其中非农业人口69.58万人。从城镇群体的发展与布局来看,鲁西北经济区城镇现状有以下四个特点:
