为庆祝“六一”儿童节,幼儿园开展“故事大王”比赛。孩子们与老师、家长精心准备着,期待着孩子们的精彩表现。可是在比赛现场,我们也看到有的孩子胆子小,不敢大胆展示,不自信;有的孩子普通话不标准,吐字不清晰;有的孩子在讲故事时无表情,无动作,不太会表演。为什么会出现这样的情景,其原因是什么,家长可以做些什么加以改善呢?我们的老师、家长尝试这样去做:一、积极鼓励、肯定,提高幼儿自信心教师方面:
