作者等采用单盲交叉法研究了18～35岁共11名志愿者口服常用利尿剂双氢克尿塞后对泪液产生的影响。为了尽可能除外各种影响因素,受测者选择不吸烟、女性无妊娠、不用任何内服药、血压正常、不戴接触镜并无任何眼部异常者(除屈光不正外)。实验期为4个月。10天一周期,前5天每人每天口服双氢克尿塞50mg,后5天不服药作为对照。每一周期间隔至少3天。实验期间每天由专人,在固定的时间内采用Schirmer试验测定基础泪液一次。结果:用药后泪液Schirmer试验值比未用
The authors used single-blind crossover method to study the effect of oral hydrochlorothiazide dihydrochlorothiazide on eleven tears in 11 volunteers aged 18-35 years. In order to exclude as much as possible a variety of factors, the subjects choose not to smoke, women without pregnancy, without any medication, normal blood pressure, without contact lenses without any abnormalities in the eyes (except for refractive errors). The experiment period is 4 months. 10 days a cycle, the first 5 days per person daily oral hydrochlorothiazide 50mg, after 5 days without medication as a control.
