Promote rapid economic growth in ethnic minority areas by strengthening transportation construction, developing modern communication technologies, and accelerating the layout and construction of water conservancy, electric power and key projects. This article analyzes the achievements of infrastructure construction in Guizhou ethnic areas since the reform and opening up and puts forward countermeasures for the layout of infrastructure construction.
