我国经济在近几年来实现了跨越式的发展,企业开始在实际经营过程中逐步探索自身的文化建设,开始强化企业基本的人才结构组成。21世纪,竞争模式的根本就在于人才的竞争,只有保证人才的集成型建构才能从根本上促进企业的良性发展,才能保证企业提升整体的市场竞争力。因此,企业在实际的运营过程中,要提升自身选拔人才的机制,保证公平合理化的任用和评价模式,进一步助力企业拥有良好的企业发展前景。
In recent years, China’s economy has achieved leapfrog development.
