目的:应用Meta分析探讨对比增强超声造影技术在诊断小肝癌中的临床应用价值。方法:以“超声造影、小肝癌”为检索词,检索2006年1月至2011年12月期间的Cochrance图书馆、Embase、中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)等数据库。利用循证医学方法,对采纳资料的原始数据进行异质性检验及质量评价,进而计算合并灵敏度和特异度,建立综合受试者工作特征曲线(SROC),计算曲线下面积评价对比增强超声造影技术诊断小肝癌的价值。根据循证医学中的证据质量评价标准,应用QUADAS项目对所采纳文献进行评价。结果:共入选9篇文献,670例病人。按照固定效应模型合并,超声造影诊断小肝癌的灵敏度和特异度分别为83%和86%,曲线下面积为93.41%。结论:超声造影对于小肝癌有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of contrast-enhanced contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma by Meta-analysis. Methods: The database of Cochrance Library, Embase, CNKI and other databases was searched from January 2006 to December 2011 with the keywords of "Contrast - enhanced ultrasound and small. Conclusion: CEUS has a good clinical value for small hepatocellular carcinoma.
