本文调查结果反映出所调查的汉族组老人摄入食物的种类与大多数食物的摄入量都明显高于维吾尔族组老人,但汉族组老人碳水化合物摄入量偏低,脂肪摄入量偏高,总热能摄入量高于供给量标准;维吾尔族组老人的膳食特点是谷类食物摄入量较多,动物性食品较少,调查期间未摄入豆类食品,食品种类比较单调。
The results of this survey reflect that the type of food intake and the intake of most foods of the Han population surveyed were significantly higher than those of the Uygur population, but the Han population had low carbohydrate intake and high fat intake , And the total caloric intake was higher than the supply standard.
