很多以前公认有价值的部门非但没有为企业创造价值,反而在破坏企业的价值;而另外一些看上去业绩不佳的业务则有可能成为价值创造的“明星”。
Many previously recognized sectors of value not only do not create value for the company, but they are undermining the value of the company; while others that appear to be underperforming may be the “stars” of value creation.
