计算结果表明,各种型号的国产中变催化剂如采用活性集中于表层的分布形式,在目前工况下可使催化剂的有效因子得到显著提高,催化剂用量仅为目前的60%~70%。因此,改变中变催化剂的活性分布形式是提高其利用率的有效途径。
The calculation results show that the active catalysts concentrated in the surface layer of various types of domestic mid-change catalysts can significantly improve the effective factor of the catalyst under the current operating conditions, and the catalyst dosage is only 60% -70% of the current ones. Therefore, changing the form of active catalyst distribution is an effective way to improve its utilization rate.
