风暴潮予报和研究的实践发现,用“差值法”分离出的风暴潮水位(ΔH～t 曲线)具有明显的潮汐周期。对于这一现象不少研究者认为主要是由于风暴潮与天文潮的相互作用即“耦合效应”所造成的,并力图从动力的角度来作些论证。近十年来,国内支持这一观点的人较多,“非线性效应”几乎充斥了所有关于风暴潮的文章。在这一问题的讨论中,笔者一向持有异意,认为从动力角度所作的某些论证带有较大的人为性,因而把这些论证作为以上结论的依据是不充分的。 The practice of storm surge reporting and research found that the storm tide level (ΔH ~ t curve) separated by “difference method” has obvious tidal cycle. Many researchers think this phenomenon is mainly due to the interaction between storm surge and astronomy tide, which is caused by the “coupling effect”, and attempts to make some arguments from the perspective of power. In the past decade, there have been many domestic supporters of this view. The “non-linear effect” has filled almost all the articles on storm surge. In the discussion of this issue, the author has always held the opposite meaning and considered that some of the arguments made from the viewpoint of motivation have greater human nature. Therefore, it is not sufficient to use these arguments as the basis for the above conclusion.
