交叉性小脑联系障碍 ( CCD)在国内文献中很少被提到 ,通过近几十年来影像学的发展 ,尤其 MRI或 ECT的应用 ,发现急性脑血管病大面积脑梗死者中 ,除在一侧大脑半球病变区脑血流灌流不足的同时 ,对侧小脑半球也有脑血流灌注不足 ,即交叉性小脑联系不能。现对两例临床病例作一报道
