介绍了近几年迅速发展的一种新型激光介质———透明Nd∶YAG多晶陶瓷的发展状况,对比分析了多晶陶瓷与单晶的光谱特性、激光特性和连续实验研究情况。并对钛宝石激光器调谐至808 nm,端面抽运Nd∶YAG陶瓷被动调Q全固态激光器的脉冲运转进行了较为详细的理论分析和实验研究。采用初始透射率为90%的Cr4+∶YAG可饱和吸收晶体,被动调Q的阈值功率为119 mW,当端面抽运功率为465 mW时,获得波长为1064 nm,脉宽为16ns,重复频率为18.18 kHz,单脉冲能量为3.4μJ,平均输出功率为61 mW的稳定调Q激光输出。采用不同初始透射率的Cr4+∶YAG晶体进行了实验和对比分析。 The development of transparent Nd:YAG polycrystalline ceramics, a new type of laser medium, which is developing rapidly in recent years, is introduced. The spectral characteristics, laser characteristics and continuous experimental studies of polycrystalline ceramics and single crystals are analyzed. A detailed theoretical analysis and experimental research on the pulsed operation of the Ti: QT laser tuned to 808 nm and the end-pumped Nd:YAG ceramic passive Q-switched all-solid-state laser were carried out. The Cr4 +: YAG saturable absorption crystal with initial transmittance of 90% was used. The threshold power of passive Q-switching was 119 mW. When the pump power was 465 mW, the wavelength was 1064 nm and the pulse width was 16 ns. The repetition frequency was 18.18 kHz, a stable Q-switched laser with a single-pulse energy of 3.4 μJ and an average output power of 61 mW. Experiments and comparative analyzes of Cr4 +: YAG crystals with different initial transmissivity were carried out.
