This article studies the effects of different concentrations of vehicle exhaust on mouse wheel activity. Automobile exhaust was produced with a 1972 Chevrolet V-8 engine. The fuel used was lead-free and contained no additives. Mix the clean filtered air with the engine exhaust to dilute into different concentrations of engine exhaust with the concentration of CO in the total volume of the exhaust. The selected CO concentration corresponds to the peak of urban traffic. Exhaust directly into the inhalation of poisoning room, or after 19m ~ 3 with sunlight and UV fluorescent light irradiation room. The experiment is divided into three parts.
