随着大都市人们工作和生活节奏的加快,对于没有私家车的上班一族,地铁已经成为他们出行的首要选择。目前地铁的建设也在全国迅速开展,地铁能否有效运营和管理,主要是依靠交付使用资产价值的归集和竣工项目的财务决算,所以地铁竣工财务决算是地铁公司研究的一个重要课题。
With the acceleration of the pace of work and life in the metropolitan areas, the subway has become the first choice for those who work without a private car. At present, the construction of the subway is also carried out rapidly throughout the country. Whether the subway can be effectively operated and managed depends mainly on the financial accounts of the collection and completion projects that deliver the value of the assets used. Therefore, the completion of the financial settlement of the subway is an important issue for the MTRC.
