β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-m)是体内细胞合成的一种低分子量的蛋白质,合成迅速恒定。它可以从肾小球滤过,被肾小管再吸收,并分解。血β_2-m升高可以反映肾小球滤过功能受损或β_2-m合成增加。我们在1986年下半年做了正常人51例、甲状腺疾病53例、血液疾病34例、糖尿病13例的β_2-m含量测定。结果如下。资料与方法 1.正常对照组:正常的成人51例中男26例、女25例,年龄20—50岁。除外肝、肾、自身免疫性、恶性增生性疾病以及糖尿病的存在。 2.疾病组:经临床确诊的甲状腺疾病、血液疾病及糖尿病100例。 3.测定方法:用中国同位素公司北方免疫
β_2-microglobulin (β_2-m) is a low-molecular-weight protein that is synthesized by cells in vivo and synthesized quickly and consistently. It can be filtered from the glomerulus, reabsorbed by the tubules, and broken down. Increased blood β_2-m can reflect impaired glomerular filtration function or β 2-m synthesis increased. In the second half of 1986, we made 51 cases of normal subjects, 53 cases of thyroid diseases, 34 cases of blood diseases and 13 cases of diabetes mellitus. The result is as follows.
