With the implementation of the spirit of the “Outline of China’s Education Reform and Development” and the strengthening of the construction of the ranks of teachers, it has increasingly attracted the attention of governments at all levels and educational administrations. How to make the construction of the teacher team more practical and effective? This paper tries to point out the problems existing in the teacher team and analyze the causes of the problem. Based on this, it proposes some strategic mechanisms for the construction of the teacher team, with a view to helping the primary and middle school teachers in rural areas. I. The main problems existing in the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers The problems existing in the teachers of primary and middle schools in rural areas in China are widespread and universal.
