目的:探讨微电脑射频治疗仪局部烧灼治疗和局部化疗对晚期直肠、结肠癌伴肠梗阻患者的治疗作用。方法:2007/2009年对15例直肠结肠癌患者进行局部治疗,肠道准备一般采用清洁灌肠。结果:本组无一例出现穿孔、出血等急性并发症,13例治疗后肠梗阻缓解,腹痛减轻,有效率86.7%。结论:微电脑射频治疗仪局部烧灼治疗和局部化疗对晚期直肠、结肠癌疗效明确,可以明显改善患者症状、提高生活质量,且不良反应少见。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of micro-computer radiofrequency ablation and local chemotherapy on patients with advanced rectal cancer and colon cancer with intestinal obstruction. METHODS: Fifteen patients with rectal colon cancer were treated locally in 2007/2009, and gut preparations were generally performed using a clean enema. Results: There were no acute complications such as perforation and hemorrhage in this group. Intestinal obstruction was relieved and abdominal pain was relieved in 13 cases, with an effective rate of 86.7%. Conclusion: The micro-computer radiofrequency ablation device local burn treatment and local chemotherapy for advanced rectal cancer, colon cancer clear effect, can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms, improve quality of life, and rare adverse reactions.
