目的分析急性甲胺磷农药中毒早期血药浓度与T淋巴细胞亚群的关系及其临床意义。方法选取2007年1月至2013年6月河北大学附属医院急诊医学科收治的急性甲胺磷农药中毒患者92例,按中毒严重程度分为轻中度中毒组(n=54)和重度中毒组(n=38),选取92例健康体检者作为对照组,测定Fas、Fas L以及有机磷农药含量。结果重度中毒组血药浓度为(2.13±0.32)μmol/L,明显高于轻中度中毒组的(1.35±0.18)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Fas/Fas L表达重度中毒组明显高于轻中度中毒组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);轻中度中毒组亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急性甲胺磷农药中毒早期血药浓度越高,中毒程度愈重,细胞凋亡越严重。
Objective To analyze the relationship between early plasma concentration of acute methamidophos poisoning and T lymphocyte subsets and its clinical significance. Methods From January 2007 to June 2013, 92 acute methamidophos poisoning patients admitted to the Emergency Medicine Department of Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University were divided into mild to moderate poisoning group (n = 54) and severe poisoning group (n = 38). 92 healthy subjects were selected as the control group, and the levels of Fas, Fas L and organophosphorus pesticides were determined. Results Serum concentration of severe poisoning group was (2.13 ± 0.32) μmol / L, which was significantly higher than that of mild poisoning group (1.35 ± 0.18) μmol / L, with statistical significance (P <0.01). Fas / Fas L expression in severe poisoning group was significantly higher than in mild to moderate poisoning group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); mild to moderate poisoning group also higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusions The higher the plasma concentration of acute methamidophos pesticide poisoning in the early stage, the more the degree of poisoning is, the more severe the apoptosis is.
