茶树叶片含糖量研究初报

从一九七九年三月至翌年三月期间,涉及六个无性系的四十多次所取的一百八十八个样木的测定结果如下: 一、茶树体内单糖含量低于双糖含量。单糖与双糖的比,成熟叶片平均为(1:3.24)0.31,一芽二叶嫩梢为(1:4.45)0.22。二、成龄茶树越冬老叶在春茶萌发至采摘初期单糖增加,双糖减少,糖总量也下降;发芽早的品种单糖增加少,双糖降低最多,因而糖总量亦大幅度下降。这可能是因发芽早的品种取样时单糖已大量用于新芽萌发伸育,因此耗损大量贮藏物质而致使双糖为主的糖总量却下降,发芽较迟的,这一过程正在强烈的进行之中。三、成龄茶树各季成熟叶片,单糖含量以秋梢叶最高,夏梢叶最低,春梢叶居中;双糖含量春梢叶最高,夏梢叶次之,秋梢叶最低。四、成龄茶树越冬期间,春夏秋梢上各段成熟叶片单糖、双糖和糖总量从秋——冬随气温降低而增加,冬——翌春随气温回升而减少。峰值出现在元月。单糖春夏秋叶增加比率基本接近,而减少的比率稍有不同;双糖则春夏叶增加比率较大,而秋叶增加比率较小,减少又以秋叶最迅速。淀粉含量春叶仍在增加中,夏秋叶则有所下降。五、萌发新梢比驻芽新梢下的成熟叶片光合作用强,而且糖总量也随之增加;无论那类新梢上面第一叶比下部第三叶光合作用强,糖总量也增加得多。六、光合作用强的成熟叶片,单糖增加较少而双糖增加较多;一芽二叶等采摘嫩梢糖分含量与光合作用强度的关系与成熟叶片有相反的趋势。 From March 1979 to March next year, the test results of more than 40 samples of more than 40 samples taken from six clones were as follows: First, the content of monosaccharides in tea plants was lower than that of double Sugar content.
