论述危机和危机管理的概念及中外图书馆学界对危机管理的研究现状,认为新形势下图书馆面临的新危机缘自外部环境的变化和图书馆内部管理的失控。阐述图书馆进行危机管理的基本步骤,指出应将建立科学合理的危机管理机制列入现代图书馆管理日程。 Discusses the concept of crisis and crisis management and the status quo of crisis management research by Chinese and foreign library scholars. It considers that the new crisis the library faces in the new situation is due to the change of external environment and the out-of-control of the internal management of the library. Describes the basic steps of library crisis management and points out that the establishment of a scientific and reasonable crisis management mechanism should be included in the management of modern library schedule.
