快攻是指防守队获球后由守转攻时力争在对手布阵未稳之际,抓住战机以最快的速度、最短的时间,果断而合理地发动攻击的一种速决性战术配合。快攻是现代篮球运动重要的攻防战术组织形式,各个水平、层次的球队都会把快攻作为全队基本战术内容加以运用来快速增加本队得分,另外,在实战中快攻的成功还会大大提高本队的士气,增加必胜的信心。因此,对运动员来说,尽管比赛中有不同的位置分工,但必须在个人技术运用的基础上都能胜任快攻的具体要求,才能有效地完成比赛提供保障;对教学来说,快攻同样是教学的重要内容,通过对快攻的学习,力求使学生熟悉并深入理解快攻的理论、特点及方法,掌握组织快攻与防守快攻的基本要求、快攻的形式以及练习的方法。本文根据学生在学习快攻战术中存在的问题以及结合快攻战术的特点,对快攻技术在篮球教学训练中注意的问题进行了探讨,供大家参考。
