通常认为离子束张角随引出离子流变化的曲线为V字形,V字右笔对应的离子束有较好的聚焦性能,因此建议在同位素电磁分离器中采用这一工作区域。然而我们测得的张角曲线比较复杂,而且有峰值。本文根据实验结果,提出了判断离子束束形优劣的主要指标,对张角曲线各段对应的离子束进行了比较。指出以接近张角峰值发射出的离子束,既有良好的聚焦性能,又可以更有效地利用弧放电等离子体,也是一个可以采用的较好工作区域。
It is generally considered that the curve of the ion beam opening angle with the outgoing ion flow is V-shaped, and the V-shaped right pen corresponding ion beam has better focusing performance. Therefore, it is suggested that this working area should be adopted in the isotope electromagnetic separator. However, we measured the angular curve is more complicated, but also the peak. Based on the experimental results, this paper presents the main indicators for judging the advantages and disadvantages of the ion beam, and compares the corresponding ion beams in each section of the angular curve. It is pointed out that the ion beam emitted near the peak of the peak angle has good focusing performance and more efficient use of arc discharge plasma and is also a good working area that can be adopted.
