芦庄居住小区是建设部确定的第二批城市住宅建设试点小区之一。本小区规划设计构思有如下特点(规划图见本期彩色插页)。因地制宜量体裁衣该居住小区用地由于被自然村庄、河流分隔,又有220KV高压线由西北向东南穿越,因此,造成小区建设用地较破碎,加上主要道路和工程管线已按规划埋设,所以如何因地制宜、经济合理地规划建设好本小区,是本规划设计首先要解决的问题。
Luzhuang Residential Community is one of the second batch of pilot cities for urban residential construction identified by the Ministry of Construction. The planning and design concept of this plot has the following features (for the plan, see the current color insert). According to local conditions, the residential area is divided by natural villages and rivers, and 220KV high-voltage lines pass through from the northwest to the southeast. As a result, the residential construction land is relatively fragmented, and the main roads and engineering pipelines have been laid out according to plans. Therefore, how to adjust measures to local conditions and economy? The rational planning and construction of this community is the first problem to be solved in this planning and design.
