从旋转驴头抽油机的特点及其在国内油田的使用情况出发,提出了常规抽油机改造为旋转驴头抽油机时主要承载部件的校核计算问题。以CYJ10353HB型常规抽油机改造为CYJZ104.253HF(G)型旋转驴头抽油机为例,运用结构分析程序(SAP5)对改造后的支架进行了校核计算。结果表明,支架经局部加强后,其刚度、静强度、疲劳强度及稳定性均满足使用要求,从而为油田进行抽油机改造提供了理论依据。
Based on the characteristics of rotating donkeyhead pumping unit and its application in domestic oilfields, the calculation and calculation of the main load bearing components of the conventional donkeyhead pumping unit are proposed. Taking the CYJ10353HB conventional pumping unit transformed into the CYJZ104.253HF (G) rotary donkeyhead pumping unit as an example, the structural analysis program (SAP5) was used to check the reconstructed stent. The results show that the rigidity, the static strength, the fatigue strength and the stability of the scaffolding meet the requirements after being partially strengthened, which provides a theoretical basis for the oil field to reform the pumping unit.
