目的:利用组织培养技术获得淫羊藿愈伤组织,为后续药用成分提取及次生代谢产物测定奠定基础。方法:以淫羊藿的土芽和嫩叶为繁殖材料,研究淫羊藿愈伤组织诱导的适宜条件。结果:土芽的诱导率高于嫩叶的诱导率,在附加6-BA(1.0mg/L)和NAA(1.0mg/L)的MS+蔗糖(20g/L)+琼脂(6g/L)中,诱导率最高,为90.0%。结论:在淫羊藿的愈伤组织诱导研究中,土芽可作为最佳的繁殖材料。
OBJECTIVE: To obtain the epimedium callus using tissue culture techniques, which will lay a foundation for the subsequent extraction of medicinal components and the determination of secondary metabolites. Methods: The shoots and young leaves of epimedium were used as propagation materials to study the suitable conditions for the induction of Epimedium callus. Results: The induction rate of soil buds was higher than the induction rate of young leaves, in MS + sucrose (20g/L) + agar (6g/L) supplemented with 6-BA (1.0mg/L) and NAA (1.0mg/L). The highest induction rate was 90.0%. Conclusion: In the callus induction study of Epimedium, soil buds can be used as the best propagation material.
