听课、评课是教学观念和教学技巧交流的有效方式,一般来说,青年教师学习的主要方面是对课堂的学习,学习的方式就是听、评课。学校也往往引导教师向着这一方向走,每学期组织“汇报课”、“展示课”、“示范课”等各种名目的公开课,以便让教师们参与到听评课活动中来,达到共同提高、共同学习、共同进步的目的。但很多时候课讲了,老师们也听了、评了,却总感到有某些不足。到底有哪些不足呢?其实很简单,我们的听评课方法存在某些不足。正确的听评课方法除了要“听”、要“评”以外,更要有“说”。
