当今的社会是一个信息化的社会,所以随着信息技术的发展,信息技术对档案的管理理念进行了颠覆性的改变,也给档案行业带来了明显的变化。学校管理工作的一部分就是学校档案的管理,学校的档案管理是学校各项教学活动和内部管理工作顺利开展的重要保障。学校档案自学校建立之日起就存在,它随着学校的发展而发展,记载了学校在不同时期的发展历程,它的存在对学校开展各项工作有很大的参考价值。但是随着信息化时代的到来,现有的学校档案管理工作已不能适应信息化发展的要求,本文对学校档案信息化建设中存在的问题进行分析,找出加强学校档案信息化建设的措施。
Today’s society is an informationized society. Therefore, with the development of information technology, information technology has revolutionized the management concept of archives and has brought obvious changes to the archives industry. Part of the school management is the management of school files, school file management is the school’s teaching activities and internal management work carried out an important guarantee for the smooth. School archives exist since the establishment of the school, which develops with the development of the school. It records the development of the school in different periods and its existence has great reference value for the school to carry out various tasks. However, with the advent of the information age, the existing school archives management can no longer meet the requirements of informatization development. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of school archives information and finds out the measures to strengthen the construction of school archives information.
