一、突出学生的主体地位一堂老师满堂灌、就题讲题的数学课实际上忽视了学生认识事物的情感,忽视了学生的探索精神及创新思维。教学过程是师生交往、各级互动、共同发展的过程,教师应突出学生的主体地位,让学生人人参与,创设情境,平等交流,不这仅是一种认识活动过程,更是一种人与人之间平等的精神交流。在课堂上,要发扬教学民主,活跃课堂气氛,我很喜欢学生能多讲讲解题思路、多暴露解题思维过程、能解答同学间提出的问题。如《正多边形》教学中,把全班分成七个
