当前,由于企业处于一种非常复杂多变的环境中,使企业的生产经营活动面临很大的不确定性,这不仅使企业经常不能实现预期的收益,还常常使企业面临难以预料的各种危机。事实证明,避免危机的最好办法是预防危机的发生,即在危机发生之前企业就能及时捕捉到相关讯息,并及时采取正确的对策,从而避免危机的发生。这就要求企业员工要有非常强烈的责任心,而这又是以良好的企业文化为基础的。
