目的探讨中西医结合护理对糖尿病患者血糖及营养状况的影响。方法选择2015—2016在本院中医科因糖尿病而住院的患者62例作为研究对象,采用等组实验法设计,将2015年入院的31例患者设为对照组,给予常规的护理。将2016年入院的31例患者设为实验组,在常规护理的基础上,根据糖尿病的中医辨证理论标本兼顾,心身同治,予以情志、饮食、运动等中西医护理。3个月后根据标准方法分别对2组患者进行血糖、人体指标、血生化营养状况测量。结果实验组患者血糖、体质指数、总蛋白、总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施中西医结合护理模式通过辩证调护,身心兼顾,既可调节情志,又可提高认知,促进患者自觉运动锻炼、节制饮食,以降低血糖、改善营养,促进健康。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on blood glucose and nutritional status of diabetic patients. Methods A total of 62 hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were enrolled in the study. Patients in our hospital were enrolled in this study. A total of 31 patients admitted to hospital in 2015 were enrolled in the routine care. On the basis of routine nursing, 31 patients who were admitted to hospital in 2016 were selected as the experimental group. According to the TCM syndrome differentiation theory of diabetes, both TCM and Western medicine were given emotional, diet, exercise and so on. Three months later, blood glucose, body index and blood biochemical nutritional status of two groups were measured respectively according to standard methods. Results The blood glucose, body mass index, total protein, total cholesterol and triglyceride in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The implementation of Integrative Medicine Nursing Mode through dialectical nursing, taking both body and mind into consideration can not only adjust emotion but also improve cognition, promote conscious exercise and control diet, lower blood sugar, improve nutrition and promote health.
