为了促进本土民族的档案建设,提升本土民族档案的建设水平,加拿大档案工作者协会专设本土民族档案特别兴趣组,并于2007年出版了《本土民族档案指南》。指南的宗旨是为本土民族档案在本土社区的建设及本土民族与相关机构合作开展档案建设提出专业方面的指导。《本土民族档案指南》共有12项,内容包括了本土民族档案的构成特点、价值,本土档案项目建设,相关权利与义务,电子档案等;并附有9个附录,提供了相关词汇、工作文件样本及业务资源等。该指南的特点在于:倡导本土民族档案的在地建设,强调本土民族档案工作者的作用,重视本土民族档案建设的独特性,关注口述历史/口头传统。加拿大《本土民族档案指南》可从以下几方面为我国民族档案建设提供参考:强调民族档案资源的多样性,做好民族档案建设的项目计划,促进民族档案的数字化建设,多种方式开展专业教育。
In order to promote the archives construction of local peoples and upgrade the construction level of local archives, the Canadian Archivists Association has set up a special interest group for native ethnic archives. In 2007, the “Guide for Native Ethnic Archives” was published. The purpose of the guide is to provide professional guidance for the construction of local ethnic archives in local communities and the cooperation of local ethnic groups and relevant agencies in carrying out archives building. There are altogether 12 items in the Guide to Local Ethnic Archives, which include the characteristics, values, construction of local archives, related rights and obligations, electronic archives, etc .; and nine appendices, which provide related terms and working documents Sample and business resources. The guideline is characterized by: Advocating on-the-ground construction of local national archives, emphasizing the role of local archivists, attaching importance to the uniqueness of local archives construction, and focusing on oral history / verbal traditions. The Guide to Local Ethnic Archives in Canada can provide reference for the building of our national archives in the following aspects: emphasizing the diversity of national archival resources, doing a good job in the project planning for the construction of ethnic archives, promoting the digitization of ethnic archives, and carrying out specialized education in various ways .
