骨内腱鞘囊肿临床上很少见,据文献报道髋、膝、踝部好发,发生于跖骨者罕见,现报告一例。 患者男性,58岁,汉族,因双(口止母)趾过度外倾,内侧突出肿痛十年余,加重一年来我院就诊,门诊以“双(口止母)外翻”于1993年4月6日收入院,住院号:301906。 查体:一般情况好,全身浅表淋巴结无肿大,头颈胸腹未见阳性体征。双(口止母)趾外倾35度,挤压第2趾,第1跖骨头内侧局限突出,皮肤红肿,有压痛,尤以右足压痛更明显。跖 Intraosseous ganglion cysts are rarely seen clinically.
