目的为了解医用诊断X射线机的使用状况及存在的主要问题,对山东省部分医用诊断X射线机质量控制指标进行检测。方法依据和参考国家标准和卫生行业标准进行检测和评价。结果 X射线透视机影像增强器入射屏前空气比释动能率合格率为66.7%,影像增强器自动亮度控制合格率为60%;X射线摄影机管电压指示偏离、输出量重复性、输出量线性、曝光时间指示偏离、SID值偏离、光野与照射野最大偏离合格率分别为81.8%,95.5%,63.6%,86.4%,63.6%和77.3%;乳腺X射线摄影机管电压指示偏离和乳腺平均剂量合格率分别为83.3%和60%;CR IP擦除完全性合格率为50%;CT所检测的质控指标均合格。结论放射诊疗单位目前对设备本身质控性能及受检者受照剂量重视不足,尤其是一级医院X射线诊断设备质控指标偏差较大。
Objective To understand the status of medical diagnostic X-ray machines and their main problems, the quality control indexes of some medical diagnostic X-ray machines in Shandong Province were tested. Methods based on reference and national standards and health industry standards for testing and evaluation. Results The pass rate of air kerma in front of X-ray image intensifier was: 66.7%, and the pass rate of automatic brightness control of image intensifier was 60%. The deviations of mammographic tube voltage and average breast dose The pass rates were 83.3% and 60% respectively; the complete pass rate of CR IP erasure was 50%; the quality control indexes tested by CT were all qualified. Conclusion At present, the radiology clinic unit lacks sufficient attention on the quality control performance of the equipment itself and the doses received by the subjects. In particular, the quality control indexes of the X-ray diagnostic equipment in the first-class hospitals deviate greatly.
