目的:观察牛磺酸在实验性半乳糖性白内障发生发展过程中对晶状体超微结构的影响。方法:应用冷冻复型、超薄切片透射电镜技术对半乳糖性白内障大鼠晶状体及给予牛磺酸后大鼠晶状体超微结构的改变进行了观察。结果:半乳糖性白内障大鼠晶状体纤维表面光滑,膜内颗粒减少,未见典型缝管连接,晶状体纤维细胞间隙增大,细胞质内充满大小不等的空泡状结构;牛磺酸投药后晶状体纤维细胞膜内颗粒增多,可见典型缝管连接,晶状体纤维细胞胞质均匀,空泡消失,结膜下注射组的改变尤为明显。结论:牛磺酸能对抗半乳糖性白内障晶状体所受的内源性损害,可以避免或逆转白内障发生发展过程中引起的晶状体超微结构的异常改变,对晶状体有较强的保护作用
Objective: To observe the effect of taurine on the ultrastructure of lens during the development of experimental galactose cataract. Methods: The changes of the ultrastructure of lens in galactocerebral cataract rats and taurine-treated rats were observed by cryopreservation and ultrathin section transmission electron microscopy. Results: The lens fibers of galactocerebral cataract rats were smooth and the particles in the membrane were reduced. There was no typical slit-tube connection, and the interspace of the lens fiber cells increased. The cytoplasm was filled with vacuolar structures of varying sizes. Fibrous cell membrane particles increased, showing a typical connection of the slit tube, lens cell cytoplasm uniform vacuoles disappear, the subconjunctival injection group changes are particularly evident. CONCLUSION: Taurine can counteract endogenous damage to galactose-induced cataractous lens and can avoid or reverse the abnormal changes of lens ultrastructure caused by the development of cataract and has a strong protective effect on lens
