课堂教学中丰富的学生资源是课堂师生多向互动,动态生成的起点和基质,本文从捕捉和利用资源两个角度提出了一些有效利用学生资源的方法。课前的学情分析是捕捉学生资源的前提条件;观察分析、价值判断是捕捉学生资源的有效途径;课堂的“重心下移”是捕捉学生资源的关键。在捕捉学生资源的基础上,可以通过分类归纳初步处理资源,通过打磨“半成品”加工处理资源,通过类比转化深度开发资源,最后通过资源的共享广度辐射资源,逐步有效地利用学生资源。
The abundant student resources in classroom teaching are the starting point and matrix for multi-directional interaction and dynamic generation of teachers and students in the classroom. This paper presents some methods to make effective use of student resources from the perspective of capturing and using resources. The analysis of the academic situation before class is a prerequisite for capturing students’ resources. Observation and analysis, value judging are effective ways to capture the students’ resources. The key to shift students’ resources is to shift the focus of the class in the classroom. On the basis of capturing students’ resources, the resources can be processed initially through classification, processing resources through grinding and semi-finished products, and further developing resources through analogy transformation. Finally, resources can be gradually and effectively utilized through the sharing of resources.
