卫办监督发〔2012〕46号各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团卫生厅(局)、安全生产监督管理局、人力资源社会保障厅(局)、总工会,各省级煤矿安全监察局:为认真宣传贯彻新修改的《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》(2011年12月31日全国人民代表大会常务委员会审议通过,以下简称《职业病防治法》),做好2012年《职业病防治法》宣传周活动,切实加强职业病防治工作,维护劳动者健康权益,现将有关事项通知如下:
(Office), Production Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau, Human Resources and Social Security Administration (Bureau), the General Labor Union, the provincial-level coal mine safety supervision bureau of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps : In order to earnestly publicize and implement the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases” (reviewed and approved by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on December 31, 2011, hereinafter referred to as the “Occupational Disease Prevention Law”), Propaganda Week activities, effectively strengthen the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and safeguard the health rights of workers, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
