从方法论的角度分析了极坐标法齿轮测量系统的标准量、瞄准、测微和定位误差对渐开线齿形测量精度的影响。通过分析得出极坐标法比展成法更易达到较高测量精度的结论。
From the perspective of methodology, the influence of the standard amount, aiming, micrometer and positioning error of polar coordinate gear measurement system on the measurement accuracy of involute tooth profile is analyzed. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the polar coordinate method is easier to reach higher accuracy than the extended method.
