目的了解天津高新区餐饮单位食饮具消毒状况,促进食品卫生工作,保障群众就餐安全。方法 2011-2012年对区内餐饮企业的消毒食饮具抽样检测。结果 2011-2012年共检测餐饮具10 262份,总平均合格率为87.37%。不同类型餐饮单位食饮具合格率存在显著性差异(χ2=107.94,P<0.01)。不同季度食饮具的合格率存在显著性差异(χ2=91.96,P<0.01)。结论卫生部门每年应针对不同类型、不同季度的餐饮单位加强卫生监测,提高食饮具的消毒质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection status of tableware in catering facilities in Tianjin Hi-tech Zone, promote food hygiene and ensure the safety of the people eating. Methods From 2011 to 2012, the sampling inspection of disinfectant tableware in catering enterprises in the region was conducted. Results A total of 10 262 tableware were detected during 2011-2012, with a total average passing rate of 87.37%. There was a significant difference in the passing rate of tableware among different types of catering units (χ2 = 107.94, P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the passing rate of tableware in different quarters (χ2 = 91.96, P <0.01). Conclusion The health department should strengthen health monitoring for catering units of different types and quarters every year to improve the disinfection quality of tableware.
