以1年生对开蕨组培苗为试材,用以草炭、山皮土、园土、菌渣和珍珠岩为基质,按照不同比例配置的7种栽培基质[T1(CK1):草炭;T2(CK2):山皮土;T3V(园土)∶V(草炭)=2∶1;T4V(园土)∶V(山皮土)=2∶1;T5V(园土)∶V(山皮土)∶V(菌渣)=2∶1∶1;T6V(草炭)∶V(山皮土)∶V(菌渣)=2∶1∶1;T7V(草炭)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(菌渣)=2∶1∶1]进行栽培适应性试验,研究了其在不同基质中的叶长、叶宽、叶面积和叶绿素的生长变化,并用隶属函数法综合评价。结果表明:T1的综合评价值最高,其次依次为T3、T6、T2、T5、T4和T7,综合草炭资源有限等因素,T3更适宜作为对开蕨组培苗幼苗的栽培基质推广应用。
Tissue culture seedlings of 1-year-old fern were used as test materials, and 7 kinds of cultivation substrates [T1 (CK1): peat and charcoal were used with peat, mountain soil, garden soil, bacteria residue and perlite as matrix, (CK2): mountainous soil T3V (garden soil): V (peat) = 2: 1 T4V (garden soil): V (mountain soil) = 2: 1 T5V (Peat): V (bacterium) = 2: 1: 1; T7V (peat): V V (bacteria residue) = 2: 1: 1]. The leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and chlorophyll growth in different media were studied. The membership function method was used to evaluate the adaptability. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of T1 was the highest, followed by T3, T6, T2, T5, T4 and T7, and the limited resources of comprehensive peat resources. The T3 was more suitable for the popularization and application of tissue culture seedlings of tissue culture seedlings.
